As the hub of south west Sydney, Campbelltown is its cultural heart, home to a first-rate arts precinct that champions contemporary art. Being on the outskirts of Sydney means that outdoor adventures abound, from heritage walks to Australia’s biggest botanic garden, there's so much to discover.

Things to do

Campbelltown Arts Centre features a multidisciplinary program that commissions contemporary artists across mediums including performance, live art and emergent practices. The permanent collection is mostly post-1950 and includes works by prominent artists including Guan Wei and Emily Kame Kngwarreye.
