This gentle, three-hour riverside guided walk will raise your awareness of the environment around you and help you relax, reset, and revitalise in an immersive forest experience set in the Lane Cove National Park in North Sydney.

An expert guide will teach you the practices of Shinrin-yoku, a Japanese idea that translates to Forest Therapy. Central to the idea is the thought that being in nature reduces stress and improves mood. The tour journeys through the forest, actively engaging each of your five senses, and consciously connecting you with what’s happening in the forest around you. After deep listening, breathing the air around you and just ‘being’ among nature, the tour will finish with a relaxing Japanese-inspired tea ceremony.
