Featured Photographer; Aerial Advantage

27 January 2014

Established in late 2011, Aerial Advantage is the brainchild of a commercial helicopter pilot Mark Slater and professional photographer Anthony Shorten.

Focused solely on aerial photography and filming Anthony and Mark use both traditional full sized helicopters and Drone / UAV platforms to capture stunning images from all over Australia. Anthony bought his first camera in 1994 just prior to going on a holiday to Tokyo, This very photogenic location inspired him to pursue a career as a photographer.

The below images of Sydney are part of a last light aerial collection that will eventually cover every major city in Australia. Anthony & Mark hope to publish them in book form in the near future.

The Beautiful city of Sydney was the first choice for starting this series of last light cityscapes. With its iconic Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge it made for a spectacular location that was second to none.
