Award winning Chef Sean Connolly cooks delicious dishes in and around the foreshores of Sydney Harbour.
As he cooks he also explores the great locations and local produce Sydney has to offer including Pyrmont, Taronga Zoo, Elizabeth Bay and Sydney Harbour.
Recipes will be released on a weekly basis every Friday on his YouTube channel. Some dishes to date have been salmon and rocket salad, barbecued lamb, scampi sashimi, watermelon & feta salad, mexican toastie and a mouthwatering festive pavlova.
