Parramasala spices up Sydney’s cultural scene

8 September 2013

Sydney is gearing up to celebrate one of the most exciting cultural festivals on the events calendar from October 4-7 with Parramasala, held in Parramatta, in Sydney’s West.

Celebrating diversity and multiculturalism, Sydney brings together people of all backgrounds from the South Asian region at the Parramasala Festival every year.

The celebration includes the best music, dance and theatre from countries in the South Asian region through some free performances, concerts and exhibitions, as well as food and handicraft markets to really get into the vibe of the event.

The highlight of this year’s event is the Temptation Reloaded show.

Featuring Shahrukh Khan, the former Bollywood actor and singer, he will be starring at to the Allphones Arena at Sydney Olympic Park on Monday 7 October to perform as the headline act in this spectacular show.

Temptation Reloaded has recently sold out in other countries around the world and is only making one stop in Sydney before continuing with its worldwide tour. It is a very special addition to this year’s Parramasala Festival and is not to be missed.
