I’m an underwater/ocean photographer from Manly Beach in Sydney. I have been hooked on photography since I was 16 when I got my hands on a waterproof digital Lumix FT2, I thought taking photos in the surf was the coolest thing going after seeing work from photographers like Clark Little and Sean Scott.
About a year ago I spent all my hard earned cash on a DSLR and an underwater housing to go with it and I’ve been addicted to getting out there shooting waves and anything underwater since. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography) at University of New South Wales and aspiring to open my own gallery somewhere on the Northern Beaches.
My favourite places to shoot in Sydney are anywhere with a beach, North Head cliffs, and Fairy Bower reef for underwater shots, that place is something else.
