Hi there, my name is Danny Stone. I’m a carpenter/plumber based in Sydney’s east and have a strong passion for seascape, landscape and aerial photography. I have always appreciated the art of photography; after half-heartedly starting it a few years ago, I decided to invest in some quality gear that took my work to what it is now. I turned to some local Sydney photographers through social media that inspired me, and gained as much knowledge and advice as possible. The photography community is so helpful and friendly, so thanks to those that have given me so much advice.
I’m drawn to the ocean and its surroundings. Shooting sunrises and sunsets along Sydney’s beaches can be breathtaking almost every time I’m out. Capturing the flow of water is a big part of my images that I try to incorporate if the scene is right. Sydney Harbour has endless compositions and always shows her beauty in every shot. I’m constantly discovering what Sydney has to offer. There are lots and lots of hidden gems that I would encourage you go out and explore.
There are endless techniques to master in landscape and aerial photography that I’m willing to develop, learn and grow. I’d appreciate if you follow my journey on Instagram, and hope to continue to put smiles on people’s faces when you see one of my images!
