Ever wanted to swim with sharks? Go to SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, in Darling Harbour, which has a see-through enclosure where you can snorkel. You'll also see king penguins, sharks, stingrays, turtles and seahorses. Behind-the-scenes tours are available.

An exciting activity for kids is jumping for joy at  Sky Zone Trampoline Park , a huge carpet of interconnected trampolines in Alexandria, near the city centre. Soaring on flying foxes at various tree-top adventures parks,  Taronga Zoo  and  WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo  is popular with kids too.
