Bastille Festival

Overview
For 12 years, Bastille Festival has brought joie de vivre to Sydney, drawing Francophiles, foodies, wine lovers, and good-vibe seekers. This much-loved winter event returns, lighting up the Harbour with all things French – from raclette and rosé to cinema and cabaret.
"This 12th edition is all about going bigger, bolder, and more immersive" says Vincent Hernandez, Founder and Festival Director. "A true 'Tour de France' of flavours, sights, and sounds."
With over 120 exhibitors and over 80 dishes, festival-goers can enjoy French favourites like escargots, crêpes, macarons, plus new chef collabs and creative fusions. Eight wine regions will be featured – Bordeaux to Burgundy, Provence to the Rhône – plus champagne bars, mulled wine, cocktails, and more.
"Each glass is a journey through a region, its traditions, and its people" says Hernandez.
The fun doesn't stop at food and wine – enjoy more than 100 free shows including concerts, street theatre, fire performances, and the return of French Cabaret Night and the French DJ Party.
Find your beret, grab your friends, and celebrate winter the French way.
