Learn the techniques of making beautiful sushi rolls and nigiri from experienced Japanese Chef who will share with you how to make a variety of sushi and impress your friends and family with your new skills!

You will gain an insight into the Japanese culture and understand more about Japanese food. Sushi is not just rolling rice and ingredients together. You will be surprised how much preparation sushi requires! But most of all, they just want you to have good time and enjoy the sushi you've made!

Please note: Sydney Cooking School (SCS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning SCS. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding SCS, all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or full refunds provided.
