Pies and Tart Cooking Class

Overview

Learn the chefs favourite recipes for making your own gorgeous homemade pies and tarts in this casual and relaxed class.  The format of this informative class is part demo and part hands-on cooking class.

The Chef will share his secrets to making his heart warming Lamb Shank Pie, which participants will enjoy for lunch with a glass of wine. Roll your own pastry and make a Chicken Pie of your choice such as Chicken and Leek, or Chicken and Mushroom from a range of options provided. Then take this home to share with the family for dinner! And not forgetting dessert, an all time favourite, a classic Apple Tart.

This class uses pastry hand-made at Sydney Cooking School during our Pastry Masterclass. To learn to make your own pastry from scratch, please join them during this three to four hour class, held throughout the year, on various Sundays.
