This property is water access only and the boat pick up and drop off is included in the price as well as items for a continental breakfast.
A tinny is available to explore the river which you do not need a boat license for. Kayaks and a stand up paddleboard are also included. Excellent swimming and fishing from the private pontoon at the front of the property.
