The small-group events are hosted in a private dining room, with Rockpool Head Chefs explaining unique cuts, flavors and textures. A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by a 3-course dinner and matched wines, with a tasting plate of 5 cuts of steak the centrepiece.

Housed in Sydney’s iconic City Mutual Building, Rockpool Bar and Grill is a steakhouse that serves the best quality beef in Australia, supported by a superb selection of responsibly-sourced, sustainable seafood.
The menu heroes meat from top Australian producers such as David Blackmore and Cape Grim Beef and locally supplied seafood from Clyde, Shoalhaven and Coffin Bay shores.
Main dishes are simply seasoned and grilled over a wood fire, allowing staple ingredients to sing. Delicate crudo, seasonal salads and hand-made pasta add to the menu’s variety, alongside a lengthy list of side dishes.
