Photo-worthy burgers are not a new phenomenon in Sydney. Their love for this culinary classic is insatiable, with increasingly bigger (and uglier) burgs now respected as unashamedly authentic. Enter Burger Point. Husband and wife team Tim and Liz Casaje have tapped their Filipino heritage to create a new breed of American-style burgers that pair sweet with savoury and rewrite the burger rule book.

The Sydney Place outpost is Burger Point’s fifth, with the brand enjoying cult-like adoration for its unique spin on classic diner fare. While the burger menu rules supreme (the signature and best-selling ‘Marvin Glazed’ may need multiple tastings to fully appreciate its genius), there’s an equally tempting suite of loaded fries, fried chicken and Filipino-inspired desserts to round out the experience.
