Located in the heart of Surry Hills in an old terrace house, Arthur serves an all-Australian, five-course degustation menu. Using the best of what’s local and in season, Arthur uses high quality ingredients which are at their peak, then prepares it quite simply to elevate the hero ingredient.
Known for their signature sourdough, which has been on the menu since the very beginning, and technique-driven dishes, Arthur produces a menu which changes frequently, but not to any set schedule. It’s driven by the philosophy of what’s in season now.
Arthur is owned and run by Tristan Rosier, who’s passion for cooking comes through in the creative and unique dishes presented at each course.
