117 dining

Entering from the corner of Phillip and Bridge Street, through sandstone staircases and the deep hues of 117 dining, unearth a culinary adventure where food evokes not only passion but an art form. Immerse yourself in an award-winning gastronomic experience, with a rich blend of local flavour transfused with an extraordinary bounty of Asian influences.

Two private dining rooms lead off the entrance foyer, The Rotunda Room and The Tasting Room, both seating intimate dinners of up to 26 guests per room and available for separate hire. Both room settings offer distinct style with a wine library curated by the resident sommelier, dramatic grand chairs and rustic accents.

Creating signature dishes rooted in a core philosophy of sustainability using only the finest, seasonal produce from local suppliers discover why 117 dining was awarded winner of the 2016 World Luxury Restaurant Awards for Best Luxury Hotel Restaurant and Two Hats by the esteemed Gault and Millau 2017 guide.

Private or group bookings are available for groups of 10 people or more with the choice of either the Private Dining or Degustation menus.
