Farmer John Blankenstein will be joining them in three separate workshops to showcase his finest, hand graded oysters and personally deliver his story of provenance straight from the waters of Wapengo Lake.
Renowned for their quality and taste, Mimosa Rock Oysters are wild-caught and nurtured in the crystal clear waters of Nelson Lagoon and Wapengo Lake. These estuaries are uniquely located within the spectacular Mimosa Rocks National Park.
Come along, join them in this hands-on workshop, meet John, shuck and taste his delicious oysters while the bubbles are flowing!
