Located in the heart of Marrickville’s industrial hub, this bustling brewery offers an ever-changing line up of beers on tap and for takeaway. Some standouts include Pash The Magic Dragon, a delightful sour beer with passionfruit and dragon fruit, and the refreshing Oktoberfest ‘22 Helles Lager. You can order food and enjoy it in the brewery or get a bite to eat from one of the food trucks parked outside (typically available Thursday to Sunday). Walk-ins are welcome, but it’s recommended to make a booking for Saturdays as it tends to get quite busy.
