All of the pizzas made at this popular joint have a 100% sourdough base, made using Italian and Australian stone-ground flours, and are cooked in an Italian-made woodfired oven. The result? Delicious pies with even more delicious toppings. Whimsically named pizzas include the Bee Sting, which comes with house-stretched mozzarella, sopressa, tomato and honey. Meanwhile, the Brussel Crowe is topped with wood-roasted brussels sprouts, fermented lemon ricotta, caramelised onion and fennel, and cubes of smoked scamorza (a southern-Italian stretched curd cheese). The Bogan Rosa puts an Aussie twist on things, pairing rosemary and toasted macadamia nuts with parm and onion.

There are lighter options, too, including a good range of salads and antipasti, plus more-ish woodfired house bread that is extremely addictive. Be sure to pair your order with a craft beer or wine from the mostly Italian list.
