Founded in 2014 and located in Sydney, Australia — just a few kilometres south of the city — Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia's most highly awarded distillery. With conviction, they strive to redefine Australia's rich tradition in distilling by producing a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, limited releases and world-class spirits experiences.

Located in Rosebery, Archie Rose is the perfect place to pull up a stool and enjoy their full range of spirits, along with a selection of other local and global spirits, craft beers, award-winning wines, and food by local producers. Next to the bar, the original distillery site has been transformed into the Still Room, inviting you on an immersive journey into the art of distilling, blending, and tasting. In signature experiences like Blend Your Own Whisky, Blend Your Own Gin, and hands-on Cocktail Masterclasses, you'll learn directly from expert hosts and craft your own uniquely Australian spirits to take home and enjoy.

You can also visit the Cellar Door, where you can sample and purchase Archie Rose's award-winning spirits range and experience their Tailored Spirits experience - allowing you to create a personalised gin, whisky or vodka on the spot, ready within minutes.
