The Hawkesbury region experienced severe flooding in March 2021, which caused extensive damage to properties and infrastructure along the Hawkesbury River. Wharves at Windsor and Lower Portland were totally destroyed, though the Hawkesbury Paddlewheeler itself sustained no damage. Unfortunately, all cruises are currently on hold until maritime and the local councils can find a suitable wharf to operate from.
