My name’s Colin Dunleavey, a landscape photographer living on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. In 2010, my family and I relocated from Scotland to Sydney for a 12-month assignment, where we quickly fell in love with the Australian lifestyle and all that Sydney had to offer. One thing led to another and here we are, 6 years later, now Australian citizens and enjoying it as much as ever.
My longstanding interest in photography was rekindled over the last few years, being lucky enough to live amongst the amazing scenery and sights that Sydney and New South Wales have to offer. My main interest is landscape photography, and I can often be found out and about long before dawn, and again as it gets dark at the end of the day, trying to capture one of the spectacular sunrises or sunsets that Sydney often delivers. With so many beautiful national parks, rugged cliffs, stunning beaches and headlands to choose from, there’s never an excuse for not having somewhere amazing to shoot.
It’s great to have this opportunity to share some of my favourite photos with you. I post new photos several times per week, so if you are interested in seeing more, please consider following me on Instagram or Facebook.
