Menangle Park once served as a training ground for the Australian Light Horse, where many brave young riders and their loyal Walers set off for battle, unaware of the remarkable destiny awaiting them. This breakfast event pays tribute to these courageous men and their horses, honouring their legacy.

The commemorative service will reflect on the pivotal Battle of Beersheba, emphasising the importance of preserving the history, traditions, and customs of the Light Horse Regiments for future generations.

They are honoured to welcome Former Australian Army Trooper Kane Hall as our guest speaker — a veteran of the 2nd and 3rd/4th Cavalry Regiments who served in Afghanistan in 2011. Kane will share an extraordinary story of courage, challenge, and dedication to supporting the veteran community that will leave a lasting impression.

Club Menangle proudly supports the 7th Light Horse Regiment Menangle Historical Troop. Dress code is business attire with medals.
