Cake. Biz, the great cake makers, was established in Sydney in 2002 when Joe Ciampa opened the first Cake. Biz Drive-Thru coffee business. With a passion and drive for pleasing customers, what better way than cake and coffee!

Joe's vision for this one-of-a-kind store has now flourished into a successful, industry-leading business unlike any other. From roasting coffee on-premises daily to ensure the freshest tasting coffee every time to his consistent stream of new and improved Cake. Biz cakes.

Cake. Biz creates custom cakes and designs made to order on-site, alongside its cafe which offers the likes of freshly piped cannoli and freshly baked pies.

Check out the old red rattler at the back of the Biz as a nod to days gone by and the old Pansy Steam train that would pass through this site on route from Campbelltown to Camden.
