The Undercover Magician

The Undercover Magician at the historic Regent Theatre in Richmond combines psychological magic and mind reading with true stories from Cameron Leo's former career as an undercover police officer.

Cameron does not claim anything supernatural, but he has a remarkable ability to read a room, reveal thoughts and deliver predictions that land far too close to home. The entire audience becomes part of this fast-paced, crowd-powered performance, where observation, behavioural psychology and deception are transformed into moments that feel impossible. Between the mind reading and surprises, Cameron shares stories from his time undercover and reveals how quickly people give themselves away and how easily human behaviour can be influenced. Cameron has performed for leading brands and events around Australia, including Disney, Telstra, Foxtel, Origin Energy and Tiffany & Co.

Presented for three nights only as part of the Sydney Festival of Magic & Illusion, the one-hour show takes place inside Richmond's historic Regent Theatre. With cafés, restaurants and public transport nearby, visitors can explore the Hawkesbury town before settling in for an intimate evening of psychological illusion, storytelling and mystery.
