Upper Colo Reserve

If you are looking for a beautiful spot that offers a wilderness camping experience look no further than the Upper Colo Reserve. It is perfect for nature loving families as the reserve is surrounded by the Wollemi National Park and beside the pretty Colo River. The river is clean and the water shallow for children to swim.

The Upper Colo Reserve is popular with both visitors and locals. Camp site numbers are limited so if you are interested in camping bookings are required and can be made by contacting Hawkesbury City Council. The reserve is open all year round. Basic toilets and shower facilities are available. You can bring the family pooch but dogs must be kept on lead.
