There is nowhere in NSW quite like Guestlands. The property, just an hour from Sydney CBD in the Hills district, is designed, every inch, to look like a small Italian hamlet.

Four (4) B&B villas are split by a cobbled alley way, and alley ways just like you'd see in a rural European village. Stone steps , inspired by Bellagio, lead down to the ornamental lake and extensive Tuscan style gardens and a luxurious resort sized pool.

The interiors take inspiration from traditional rural Mediterranean style villa architecture, with exposed beams and Italian tiles, art and furniture . Each villa can be booked independently, or you can book the entire village for yourself, family or friends making sure access to the pool, gardens, palazzo-style dining space and pizza oven are exclusively yours to use whenever you like.
