A leafy dining oasis in nestled in the heart of Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, The Botanica Vaucluse is surrounded by its own lush gardens where you’ll find citrus trees and fragrant herbs that inspire the food and drink on the menus. The restaurant serves wholesome and organic dishes from local suppliers, such as za’atar roasted lamb rump, confit chickpeas, tahini labneh and garden herbs.
