In this class perfect for beginners, you will learn how to cook fish to perfection, the value of spices, whether to use ground or whole spices (or both) and the importance of good plating techniques. Along with the guidance of your experienced teacher you will prepare cajun flathead fillets served with avocado rice, roast capsicum and cucumber and asparagus salad.
