Sean’s Panaroma is one of the most loved and celebrated restaurants in Sydney. Not because it’s a Michelin star-winning fine diner or at the cutting edge of the industry – its reputation comes from 20 years of unpretentious, simple food paired with relaxed but extremely professional service.
The restaurant is led by Sean Moran, a renowned chef with a Blue Mountains farm that supplies fresh produce to the restaurant. Moran designs the daily set menu, produce is delivered to the venue, and is then shared in its humble and eccentric dining space boasting views of the Bondi waves.
