Located in the heart of Sydney, at the foot of the Harbour Bridge in the Rocks is the Hickson House Distilling Co.

The award-winning urban craft distillery produces small-batch Australian Gin and Single Malt Whisky. With a deep respect for their history, environment and future, Hickson House distils the best that the land has to offer.

Hickson House dispenses distilling experiences, curated cocktails and matching menus with spirits distilled on site. The distillery’s stills and barrels sit alongside an impressive bar and dining space.

Hickson Rd. Gin, the first of many spirits to be distilled at Hickson House, is produced in their 800l copper pot stills, which were custom made here in New South Wales.

The distilling team host intimate, immersive distillery experiences, igniting all five senses as they expertly demystify the whisky and gin making processes.

Be guided through the whisky making and gin production process (including a tasting of the new make whisky), before tasting samples from the Hickson Road Gin range – tastings include a sample of Hickson Road Harbour Strength Gin, exclusively available at the distillery door.

Includes a Gin and Tonic on arrival, tasting of three gins with tonic and new make whisky.
