Executive Chef Boris Cuzon is proud to present Sofitel's new Vegan High Tea. The high tea encompassess Boris Cuzons clean food philosophy and combines a classic and innovative cooking technique to give locally sourced plant-based ingredients a creative makeover.
Be delighted with an array of sweet and savoury delights like currant and blueberry scones, roasted vegetable panini and spinach, mushroom tofu quiche fusing local ingredients with some experienced techniques.
