Refined Strings, Elegant Melodies: Chinese Chamber Music Concert (Pipa) SYD

Experience a live concert of Chinese classical and contemporary chamber music, performed by artists from the China Conservatory of Music.

China Cultural Centre in Sydney and China Conservatory of Music will collaborate to present an evening of chamber music that brings together tradition, storytelling and contemporary expression.

This concert explores the richness of Chinese music through iconic classics such as Ambush from Ten Sides and A Moonlit Night on the Spring River, alongside a selection of contemporary works. Performed in an intimate setting, the programme highlights the expressive voice of the pipa while creating a vibrant dialogue between Chinese and Western musical traditions.

Performed by the internationally acclaimed Pipa π Chamber Ensemble, with artists from the China Conservatory of Music.
