Overview

This concise hands on two hour class will teach you how to make tagliatelle from scratch using only flour and eggs.

Working alongside your class companions you will learn the timeless techniques, tips and tricks to kneading perfect dough, rolling it out using a pasta machine to create silky smooth Tagliatelle.

Class will conclude with a sit down meal of the homemade Polpette and Tagliatelle you have created and a glass of vino.
