Come and hear the finale concert of the Young Mannheim Symphonists 2026 National Academy, Australia's national HIP youth orchestra, conducted from the violin by Rachael Beesley.
For one week beginning 6 July, musicians up to age 23 will come from all corners of the country to dive into Mendelssohn's thrilling Symphony No.4 'Italian', Beethoven's dramatic Egmont Overture and more, discovering how Historically Informed Performance (HIP) brings music to life. They'll try gut strings, natural brass, historic winds and timpani, side-by-side with ARCO's own world-class musicians.
It's the perfect afternoon concert for families, youth and music-lovers of all ages.
