For one week this May, the humble gin and tonic is stepping into the spotlight.
Fever-Tree G&T Week is landing across Sydney, uniting some of the country's most exciting bars, restaurants and cellar doors with a lineup of boutique distilleries to showcase a new way to drink one of the world's most iconic serves. The initiative has been developed in partnership with Gin Events.
Across the week, venues will be pouring curated premium gin and tonic serves at special prices, alongside dedicated menus, pairings and a mix of in-venue activations designed to spotlight the best of local gin. It's a chance to try something new, revisit a favourite spot, or see what happens when a simple drink is done properly.
Because while the G&T remains one of the most ordered drinks in Australia, it's not always given the attention it deserves.
