This exclusive World Chocolate Day event, curated by Executive Chef Aman Prasad, explores chocolate's depth and versatility across both savoury and sweet creations. The evening begins with vibrant dishes such as cocoa- and chilli-glazed prawns, before unfolding into rich, layered plates including slow-braised lamb with cacao mole and toasted hazelnut. A thoughtfully crafted vegetarian menu mirrors this creativity, featuring highlights like miso-glazed eggplant and roasted cauliflower with subtle chocolate accents.

The experience culminates in a decadent finale—a warm chilli chocolate fondant with a perfectly molten centre, delivering a balanced finish of richness and gentle spice.
