This restaurant has fun with Indian cuisine, putting a modern twist on vibrant street foods, cross-regional curries, tandoori specialities and local breads. The menu spans all regions of India, and is thoughtfully created from high-quality and seasonal ingredients. Which that things change, but there will always be some staples that bring the crowds back.

If you’re indecisive or in a group, opt for one of the tasting menus – there are four to choose from, depending on your hunger levels. Or go a la carte, ordering dishes like grilled summer prawns, Kashmiri tikka, palak paneer and chilli cheese naan. Pair your meal with a mango or rose lassi, or browse the extended drinks list, which has a focus on interesting, small-batch wines and beers.

The dining room is head-turning, too, with as much colour and quirkiness as the food on your plate.
