One of Sydney’s original breakfast hot spots, Bills has been serving arguably the city’s best scrambled eggs for almost 25 years. The restaurant moved to a new venue in 2018 (just next door to the old site) and the menu still features the classics developed by owner and celebrity chef Bill Granger. Think ricotta hotcakes or corn fritters for breakfast, jasmine tea-smoked salmon sandwiches for lunch, and crispy pork belly or yellow fish curry for dinner.
