Vic on the Park

Located in the heart of Marrickville, The Vic is a home away from home for locals and their pups alike.

The iconic Inner West local will put classic pub food on your plate, from small plates like chicken wings, salt and pepper squid and mixed veggie tempura to burgers and classic dishes such as fish and chips, nachos, schnitzel and pork chop rolls. A kids’ menu is available for those with little ones in tow – the nuggets and pasta with Napoli sauce are always winners – and every item comes with a chocolate or vanilla ice-cream cup.

Enjoying a big night out? Order a three-cheese toastie or veggie burger from the late-night menu, on offer on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm to 1am.

Or simply drop by and grab a table on the deck for beers, catch a gig by your favourite local band, get the group together for a little healthy competition on the half court or catch a game on the big screen.

Other facilities include pool tables, a TAB in the front bar and a bottle shop. There is a ramp from the carpark into the bistro for wheelchair access, and minors are permitted until 9pm in the bistro and outdoor areas. Every Monday to Friday from 5-7pm is Happy Hour – $6 schooners, wines and spirits.
