Gundam Base Pop-Up World Tour - Sydney

The Gundam Base Pop-Up World Tour arrives in Sydney for the first time, transforming Broadway Sydney Shopping Centre into a Gundam wonderland. Presented by Bandai Namco Asia and Hobbyco, this unique event brings Japan's most iconic anime to Australian fans and families.

Visitors will see a four-metre RX-78-2 Gundam balloon and explore model kit exhibits showcasing the artistry of Gundam. A free Gunpla workshop will give beginners and children the chance to build their own model kit, with bookings essential.

Exclusive merchandise will be available, including Gundam Base Limited Kits normally sold only in Asia, and Event Limited Gundam Kits created especially for events. These rare collectibles will be offered at the Gundam Base Pop-Up and Gunpla Pop-Up Store.

The event also features Gundam movies on the big screen at Hoyts, a showcase of Australian entries for the Gunpla Builders World Cup, and a stamp rally with a free poster gift for participants.

On the ground floor you will find the RX-78-2 Gundam four-metre balloon. Level one is where the Gundam Base Pop-Up and Gunpla Pop-Up Store is located. Hoyts cinema screenings are on level two. Gunpla Builders World Cup showcase and free Gunpla workshop is located on level three.
