The team at Bitter phew has been celebrating our local brewers, wine makers and providers for some time. Now, to celebrate the Sydney Solstice, they’re going a bit deeper, with a series of events that showcase innovative ways to use local and indigenous ingredients.
This is a chance to try some fantastic new flavours, as well as meet some experts in their field. There will be workshops co-hosted by Gabriel Gutnik of Ziggy’s Wild Foods, as well as lunch/dinner sessions with Caitlin Koether of Wild Provisions.
