Bilson’s, Est., Marque, Quay and Sepia have all won three chefs hats in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Food Guide awards. Stefano Manfredi's Balla at The Star
Celebrity chef Stefano Manfredi has paid homage to his Milanese roots at his restaurant Balla, located in The Star (formerly Star City Casino) overlooking Sydney Harbour. His authentic Italian cuisine joins a hub of great restaurants, hotels and bars that are just a short walk from the city centre.
Tetsuya's

Quay
Named the S.Pellegrino Best Restaurant in Australasia and highest ranked Australian restaurant in the world, Quay has Peter Gilmore at the helm, a chef who delights in sourcing rare ingredients and uses produce grown on his organic farm in the Blue Mountains.
Marque
Located in Surry Hills, and named the Australian Gourmet Traveller Best Restaurant 2012, Marque is led by chef, Mark Best, who combines classical French cuisine with the best of Australian produce and a passion for innovation.
