Begin your evening at Wollemi Ridge Retreats with a refreshing welcome drink — a crisp, locally crafted cider from Bilpin's beloved cider makers. Take a moment to unwind, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy the soft glow of sunset across the landscape and the cosy atmosphere of the fireplace provided by the fireplace.
Bush-Style Barbecue Dinner
Enjoy a wholesome dinner of chicken or local lamb prepared on the barbecue, with seasonal vegetables and salads featuring organic local produce, hearty flavours, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It's an authentic taste of Bilpin's country hospitality, shared in good company as the day gently fades into evening.
