Our stop here at Watsons Bay gives you time to enjoy one of Sydney’s most spectacular coastal outlooks. Take a short stroll to The Gap, a dramatic ocean cliff that has fascinated visitors for generations. From this vantage point, waves crash against towering sandstone cliffs, and you can look east across the vast Pacific Ocean. It’s a breathtaking contrast — the calm of the harbour on one side, and the raw power of the ocean on the other.
From here we make our way down to the Watsons Bay Ferry Wharf, where you’ll board a ferry across the sparkling waters of Sydney Harbour. This short 15-minute ride is truly one of the great harbour experiences. As the ferry pulls away, be sure to look back — the views towards the CBD skyline, the Opera House, and the Harbour Bridge are some of the most iconic in the world.
Gliding past headlands and sheltered coves, you’ll soon arrive at Manly, affectionately known as Sydney’s coastal playground. Famous for its golden beach, surf culture, and lively Corso promenade, Manly is where city meets sea.
