Banks and Solander is a family-owned boutique micro-distillery hidden in the back streets of Botany, built by husband and wife duo Marty and Ed. Their passion is making fine spirits, and handcrafting artisanal refreshments from the best possible ingredients for you to enjoy.
They specialise in big-flavoured craft spirits and currently have a Signature Gin, Fig Gin, Limoncello, Limecello, a Noir (Coffee Liqueur) and a Vodka.
The distillery door is open for tastings on Saturdays and other times by appointment.
