This area is a great fishing spot, ands also a really good alternative for scuba divers and snorkellers if Oak Park is busy.
There is a new playground in Salmon Haul Reserve that was upgraded in 2020 with new play equipment for a variety of ages, seating, picnic facilities and soft landscaped areas. There are also toilet facilities here.
