Finders Distillery
Overview
Finders Distillery is a boutique distillery started by Sydney locals, Kyle and Georgia Ford. Based in St Leonards in North Sydney, it is the only venue of its kind in the local area. A distillery during the week and an intimate cocktail bar on the weekends, it’s definitely worth a visit.
Open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays, you can pop in for a cocktail and cheeseboard or book in for one of their Distillery Tours and Tastings to go behind the scenes to learn how their spirits are created.
Started after the duo were inspired on a two-year around the world trip, Kyle and Georgia have carried the spirit of travel into their products, best shown in their Location Series – a series of seasonal products designed to celebrate a different location and produce with each release.
Previous creations include a Native Red Lime Gin from the Macleay Valley Coast and a Bold Blackberry Gin Liqueur from Orange, NSW. To keep up to date with their newest products or to plan a visit to their distillery and cocktail bar, check out their website.
