In the same way that the lines on art-makers' canvases unexpectedly give life to something new, the shape of AKAVA (Association of Korean Visual Artists in Australia) has evolved for 40 years, observing the movement of its dynamic contours as people come and go. The AKAVA space and the works it embodies remained ever-moving over these decades, slowly but irreversibly shaping the artistic flows that are ongoing in the community.

Artists: Ikrae Jeong, Jane Kim, Youngbai Kim, Junghwa Ko, Euna Park, Ann Shim, Suhhee Sirohi and Gabi Song Lee.
