This class is suitable for beginners, as your experienced teacher Kathryn, will guide you step-by-step in how to make matcha vegan dumplings, which are both healthy and delicious! Matcha is a form of powdered green tea that originated in Japan and is commonly used in many recipes because of its health benefits and delightful taste.
In this class, you will learn the process of making dumplings, which is simple, fun and can be recreated in the comfort of your own kitchen. You will learn the various wrapping techniques to 'wow' your family, loved ones and friends. All the handmade vegan dumplings will be served along with tomato chutney.
At the end of this fun and hands-on class, you can feast on your delicious vegan dumplings!
